Senior SEO Specialist
Senior SEO Specialist
You’ll lead SEO across our clinic and hospital engagements — from technical health and site architecture to local SEO, Google Business Profile and content strategy. This is hands-on senior work: you set the strategy and you do the work, alongside the founder and the content team.
What you’ll do
- Run technical SEO audits and fix crawl, indexation, speed and Core Web Vitals issues across clinic websites.
- Own local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation for single- and multi-location clinics and hospitals.
- Build keyword and content strategies around real patient search intent — high-consideration, long decision cycles.
- Plan and brief content, and work with writers and designers to ship pages that both rank and convert.
- Set up and read GA4, Search Console and rank tracking, and report on what is actually moving patient enquiries.
- Design internal linking and programmatic page structures at scale (we run ~200-page sites).
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO with clear examples of rankings and traffic you have grown.
- Strong technical SEO — site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, crawl/log analysis.
- Fluency with GA4, Google Search Console and tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Comfort writing briefs and editing for clarity, in British / Indian English.
- Healthcare, local or service-business SEO experience is a strong plus.
Bonus points
- Experience with Astro, Next.js or other modern static sites.
- Familiarity with medical and clinical advertising guidelines.
UI/UX Designer
UI/UX Designer
You’ll design the websites, landing pages and brand systems that decide whether a patient books or bounces. Our work is high-consideration healthcare, so credibility and clarity matter far more than passing trends. You’ll own design end-to-end in Figma and partner closely with the founder and developers.
What you’ll do
- Design responsive websites and conversion-focused landing pages for clinics and hospitals.
- Build and maintain reusable design systems, components and brand guidelines.
- Turn audit findings and patient journeys into clear, trustworthy interfaces.
- Design for accessibility and performance, not aesthetics alone.
- Prepare clean, developer-ready handoffs and review the built result.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years designing websites and landing pages, with a portfolio that shows conversion thinking.
- Mastery of Figma — components, auto-layout, design systems.
- A strong command of layout, typography, hierarchy and responsive design.
- An eye for restrained, premium design that never looks template-driven.
Bonus points
- Basic HTML/CSS literacy.
- Experience designing for healthcare, finance or other trust-led categories.
- Motion and interaction design.
Video Editor
Video Editor
You’ll edit the video that powers our clients’ social, ads and sales — founder explainers, patient testimonials, VSLs, and short-form for Instagram and YouTube. The bar is tasteful and credible: healthcare audiences do not respond to gimmicks, so storytelling and restraint matter.
What you’ll do
- Edit long-form (VSLs, founder talks, testimonials) and short-form (Reels, Shorts) for clinics and hospitals.
- Handle pacing, captions, colour, sound design and on-brand motion graphics and lower-thirds.
- Repurpose a single shoot into several platform-native cuts.
- Manage footage, versioning and a well-organised media library.
- Work to briefs and turn feedback around quickly without losing quality.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years editing, with a reel showing both polished long-form and scroll-stopping short-form.
- Fluency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects for motion graphics.
- A strong sense of story, rhythm and restraint.
- Reliable, organised and fast.
Bonus points
- Motion-graphics and After Effects template building.
- Basic shooting and lighting ability.
- Experience with healthcare or personal-brand content.
AI Automation Engineer
AI Automation Engineer
You’ll design and build the automation that runs behind our agency and our clients — lead-handling and WhatsApp workflows, reporting pipelines, and AI tooling that removes manual work. This is a builder’s role: you scope it, build it, ship it and maintain it.
What you’ll do
- Build automations across tools such as Make, n8n and Zapier for lead capture, routing and follow-up.
- Design WhatsApp and CRM workflows that improve clinic lead-response times.
- Build reporting pipelines that pull from GA4, ad platforms and call/lead data.
- Integrate LLMs (Claude, GPT) into internal tooling for content, analysis and QA — responsibly.
- Write small scripts and APIs (JavaScript or Python) to connect systems.
- Document what you build so it stays maintainable.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years building automations or integrations in a professional setting.
- Hands-on with Make / n8n / Zapier and with REST APIs and webhooks.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
- Practical experience integrating LLM APIs into real workflows.
- A bias for reliability, logging and clean documentation.
Bonus points
- Experience with GA4 / measurement, ad-platform APIs or the WhatsApp Business API.
- Familiarity with data privacy and handling sensitive, health-adjacent data.
