What we collect
When you apply for the audit, you provide your name, WhatsApp number and clinic name. We may also collect basic technical information about your visit (browser, device, referring URL) through standard web analytics.
How we use it
The information you provide via the audit application is used to (a) review whether we’re a fit, (b) contact you on WhatsApp to confirm details and schedule a call, and (c) deliver the audit if we proceed. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data storage
Applications are stored in our CRM (currently Make.com → Google Sheets) and accessed only by the PatientFlow team. We retain application data for 24 months unless you request deletion sooner.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of any inaccuracies, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@patientflow.agency.
