Healthcare PPC services
Paid intent capture — without the budget leak most clinic accounts run with.
PatientFlow provides healthcare PPC services for clinics in India — a healthcare PPC agency that optimises for qualified consultations, not cheap clicks.
Where clinic Google Ads accounts quietly leak
Google Ads should be the most accountable channel a clinic runs — the searcher has already typed their intent. Yet it’s where we routinely find the largest gap between what a clinic thinks it’s paying per patient and what it’s actually paying. The leak is rarely the creative. It’s structural.
- Optimising to the wrong event. Most accounts count “form submitted” or, worse, “landing page viewed” as the conversion. Google then dutifully finds more people who submit forms — including the ones who never had real intent. The number that matters, cost per qualified consultation, stays invisible.
- Match-type drift and missing negatives. Broad-match keywords with a thin negative list spend your budget on adjacent searches that will never convert — job-seekers, students researching, people looking for the free government clinic.
- Brand and non-brand blended. Reporting that mixes branded search (cheap, high-converting, would have come anyway) with cold acquisition flatters the account and hides what new-patient acquisition really costs.
- Homepage as landing page. Sending a paid searcher who typed “dental implants cost Delhi” to a generic homepage and hoping they find their way. They don’t.
Our approach
Rebuild the conversion definition first
Before touching bids or budgets, we connect the ad account to your real booking workflow — CRM, WhatsApp, phone — so the conversion Google optimises against is “qualified consultation booked,” with offline conversion uploads when the booking happens off-platform. Everything downstream depends on this being right.
Structure for control
Clean campaign architecture that separates brand from non-brand, separates high-intent treatment terms from research terms, and uses match types deliberately. A disciplined negative-keyword list, reviewed weekly against the search-term report, so budget stops leaking into searches that will never book.
Landing pages that answer the question
Where the homepage is doing the landing-page job badly, we build treatment-specific pages that answer the searcher’s actual question — cost, process, recovery, credentials — and make enquiring frictionless. This single change often moves conversion rate more than any bid adjustment.
Report on the number that matters
Monthly reporting built around cost per qualified consultation by campaign and by treatment, not cost per click. You see what a new patient actually costs to acquire through paid search — and whether it’s below their value to your clinic.

What we don’t do
- Chase cost-per-click down at the expense of patient quality. Cheap clicks that never book are the most expensive traffic you can buy.
- Run Performance Max blind. Without clean conversion data and tight structure, it’s a budget black box.
- Hide behind branded search. We report acquisition honestly, separating the patients you paid to find from the ones who were always coming.
Who this is for
Clinics with a treatment menu that patients actively search for — implants and aligners, LASIK, IVF, cosmetic procedures — and a budget large enough to produce a clean signal. If you’re below the viability threshold, we’ll tell you and point you to the channel that fits your stage. It’s one of eight areas we run for doctors and clinics and for hospitals.
Google Ads, tuned to each specialism
We structure campaigns, keywords and landing pages around the high-intent searches that actually convert in your specialism — always optimising to cost per qualified consultation:
- Dental clinics — “Google Ads for dentists” done properly: capturing “dental implants cost” and “clear aligners near me” rather than broad, low-value “dentist” clicks.
- IVF & fertility clinics — high-intent “IVF cost” and “best IVF clinic” searches, with conversion tracking calibrated to the long fertility decision cycle.
- LASIK & eye-care clinics — “lasik cost”, “lasik surgery near me” and “cataract surgery cost” searches routed to suitability-led landing pages.
- Cosmetic surgery — procedure-intent searches like “rhinoplasty cost” and “liposuction near me”, optimised for qualified consultations, not cheap leads.
- Orthopaedic clinics — “knee replacement cost” and “best knee replacement surgeon” searches from patients in pain or newly diagnosed.
- Dermatology clinics — explicit-intent treatment searches such as “acne scar treatment cost” and “PRP for hair cost”.
- Hair-restoration clinics — “hair transplant cost” and “hair transplant near me”, where case value easily justifies the click.
In every case the click lands on a treatment-specific page that answers the searcher’s real question, so spend is judged on consultations booked.
Service FAQs
We optimise for cost per qualified consultation, not cost per lead or cost per click. That requires offline conversion uploads and a real connection between the ad account and your booking workflow — most agencies skip both because they’re operationally harder.
Often yes. Treatment-specific landing pages typically convert two to three times the homepage for paid search, because they answer the one question the searcher actually has. We build them as part of the engagement when they don’t exist.
It depends on the cost-per-click in your specialism and city, but as a rule, below ₹75,000–1 lakh/month the data is too thin to optimise meaningfully. We’d rather tell you to wait or start with another channel than take a budget that can’t produce a clean signal.
Selectively. Performance Max can work for clinics with strong conversion data feeding it, but run blind it becomes a black box that spends on brand terms and low-intent placements. We gate it behind clean conversion tracking and tight asset-group structure.
Search campaigns produce enquiries from day one, but the first 30–45 days are calibration — cleaning the search-term report, building negatives, and letting conversion data accumulate. Cost per consultation stabilises around 60–90 days.
