Terms of service
The audit
The PatientFlow Audit is a fixed-scope deliverable: a written report covering eight areas, a 90-minute walkthrough call, and a prioritised action list. Delivery is within 10–14 days of payment. The fee is ₹12,500 plus applicable GST.
Refunds
If you feel the audit didn’t deliver what was promised on the audit page, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to fix it — or refund in full.
Retainer engagements
Retainers are quoted after the audit and confirmed in a separate engagement letter. The initial commitment period is typically three months; after that, retainers run month-to-month.
Ad spend
Where we manage paid media on your behalf, ad spend is paid directly to the platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) by your clinic — not by PatientFlow. Our retainer fee is separate from and additional to ad spend.
Confidentiality
Information you share with us during the audit and any subsequent engagement is treated as confidential. We may anonymise findings for case studies and educational content only with your written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi.
