Why we don’t do FREE Audits.
Most agencies will give you a “free strategy call.” You and I both know what that actually is — a 30-minute sales pitch dressed up as advice. We stopped offering them years ago.
Each audit takes 15–20 hours of senior time to produce properly. Mystery enquiries to your clinic, competitor benchmarking, ad account audits, website teardowns, written analysis. None of that is templated. Charging for it ensures the doctors who get the most out of it are the ones who treat it as a real engagement, not a free consultation.
And if you do decide to work with us on a retainer afterward, the ₹12,500 comes off your first month. So in practice, the audit is free for clinics that go on to work with us — and a fair price for those who don’t.
Retainer engagements — indicative ranges
Retainers are quoted after the audit, based on the channel mix and content production required. To give you a sense:
A focused engagement — typically 2–3 channels (e.g. Meta + Local SEO + lead-handling). Suitable for single-location clinics scaling deliberately.
Full channel mix — paid acquisition, content production, website CRO, reviews, lead-handling and tracking. Suitable for established practices and small chains.
Multi-location practices and emerging chains. Scoped per group; quoted after the audit and a working session with your operations lead.
What’s not included in retainers: ad spend (passed through directly to platforms), production costs above included video days, and any third-party tooling (WATI, Conversion API services, etc.).
