The situation

A well-regarded multi-chair dental practice in Pune was spending roughly ₹2.5 lakh a month across Meta and Google, almost entirely on broad dentistry terms. Enquiry volume was fine on paper. The owner’s frustration was specific: almost none of it was the high-value implant and aligner work the practice was genuinely excellent at and wanted to grow.

They assumed the answer was a bigger budget. It wasn’t.

What the audit found

Paying for traffic they could win for free

The practice was spending on broad “dentist in Pune” terms — the routine, convenience-led searches. But their Google Business Profile, the asset designed to win exactly those searches organically, was incomplete and hadn’t had a new photo in eight months. They were paying for clicks that a healthy profile would have brought for free.

The high-value treatments had nowhere to land

Implants and aligners — the treatments worth growing — had no dedicated landing pages. The paid spend that did touch them pointed at a generic homepage. A patient considering ₹3 lakh of implant work arrived at a page that mentioned implants in one line and moved on.

Review velocity had stalled

In a specialism as review-sensitive as dentistry, their review velocity had flatlined, weakening both local ranking and the trust that converts high-consideration treatments.
